Ivan and Grant's Christmas Program

It was entitled, "A Moment in History" - celebrating the birth of Jesus. The Kindergarten class played the nativity characters, and the Preschoolers sang songs. Ivan played the part of Joseph and did great. His teacher pulled me aside afterward and said, "You know, Ivan does really well with drama. He seems to have a talent!" I told Ivan that as I was putting him to bed - he thought that was pretty neat. Maybe he's taking after his Uncle David in that area. Acting does run in the family!

Grant did such a great job singing and loves the choreography. He loves it. I love seeing the differences in our boys. Grant revels in the music... then we pan over to Ivan who looks bored out of his mind unless he has the microphone in hand. Take a look at the video below. You'll see Ivan's hilarious expression as he sings, "We Wish You a Merry Christmas." The picture is shaking because I'm laughing so hard!

Ivan is on the stage with the nativity kids; Grant is on the right, in front.

Isn't that just the cutest Joseph you've ever seen?

Grant, singing, "... asleep on the hay!" He did so well. (proud mommy!)
