Ivan's 6th Birthday Party

I love to do a "theme" party at our home every year, with the coordinating activities, cake, etc., but, Ivan has wanted to do a party at Chuck E. Cheese's for quite some time. With the upcoming deployment and trying to do two parties the same weekend, it sounded like a great idea to me!

Look who's turning SIX!
They had a few extra favors for the birthday boy - a medal, a lunchbox, balloons, and 100 free tickets.
Grant had one game all figured out - the tickets just kept coming!
Here are the kids - all ready for pizza! We let Ivan create his own guest list and it worked out well with the number of people. We had a few Air Force families from our squadron and one friend's family from his kindergarten class last year.

And all of his grandparents with "Chuck" (as Grant refers to him!). This weekend worked out well for both sets of grandparents to come into town - celebrating two birthdays, and saying, "goodbye" to Bill before he deploys as well.
