Tonight we had a fun outing with the kids and two other AF families. We drove West to Mobile, AL for the "Bay Bears" baseball game! They were playing the Montgomery "Biscuits" - the minor league team from our home, two assignments ago. After dinner at the Olive Garden, we all headed over to the Hank Aaron Stadium.

Ivan had been waiting all day to get his hands on some cotton candy. I have to admit - it's one of my favorites, too! My all-time favorite treat at baseball games was always the malt cup (you know, the one with the little wooden spoon?). I remember always getting one of those from the guy walking around with a small cooler slung over his back.

The James family

The Ellis family

and the Fields family (minus Mary - she stayed with a babysitter).

...how little girls entertain themselves during the game!

Just enjoying the nice evening...

"Teddy" Bay Bear was shooting t-shirts from the field. "Up here!!!!"

The ladies...

The guys (and a little guy!)

All the kids! Grant wore his sunglasses almost the entire evening... even though it was overcast!

And on the way out to the parking lot... our master climber had to show off his skills, yet again.

A fun time was had by all! Go, Bay Bears!
